Silverwood is set in the Carse of Gowrie and is surrounded by stunning countryside, only a stone’s throw from the local village of Errol and only 10 minutes from either Perth or Dundee. Silverwood gives you all the benefits of country living in a close and secure community with fantastic on-site facilities and close to all local amenities of Perth & Dundee.
The moment you arrive at Silverwood you are welcomed by our stunning stone entranceway. The Resort is finished to an exceptionally high standard with amazing facilities and water features, the drives are fully illuminated with stunning evening lighting giving a secure welcoming feeling to the resort, but not interrupting the views of the evening skies to allow you to enjoy the last of the evenings.
The Paddocks at Silverwood
The Paddocks is a new development set within the 20 acres of private grounds at Silverwood overlooking the neighbouring equestrian centre paddocks.
The development consists of 19 bespoke contemporary lodges all designed with elegant finishes and space and comfort in mind.
The properties are bright and airy with custom floor-to-ceiling windows. We have 6 different floor plans available, all having sizable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, spacious open-plan lounges, and fantastic modern fitted kitchens equipped with all appliances. Stunning bathrooms and shower rooms compliment the living space. Models are available in either 2 or 3 bedrooms with the options of utility rooms and laundry rooms.
We have 15 new bespoke holiday homes to take to the market priced from £199,000 and are furnished by Gillies of Broughty Ferry ready to move into or let with us. Our lodges are bespoke timber frame hand-built properties built to building control.

The Local Area
The Village of Errol has a local pub, bowling club, 2 well-stocked convenience shops, a local butcher as well as a pharmacy and doctors surgery. Errol has its own bus route into either Perth & Dundee.
There are numerous cafes locally and also a winery and pick your own fruit farm. You can even walk along to the local polo pitch and watch tournaments and practice games.
