Purchase Process

  • Buying your lodge is cheaper and easier than a second home
  • The lodges can be supplied fully furnished so you can just move straight in
  • Once you have identified the plot you want and the lodge to suit your budget the process is easy
  • The paperwork for the purchase and the use of the plot is filled in and a deposit secures the plot
  • If we don’t have the lodge built generally it will take 5- 6 weeks to build your lodge and have it ready for you.
  • You can move in straight away.
  • There are no legal fees, Land Base Transaction Tax or Second Home Tax. And no delays with valuations or estate agents.

Ground Fees

We have a £3500 yearly ground fee, this covers:

  • Use of the plot
  • Visual inspections of the lodge
  • Connection to sewage ( and annual inspection )
  • Connection to water ( and annual inspection )

  • Connection to Electric ( and annual inspection )
  • Street lighting
